Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operating/Driving MMUs and ensuring equipment prestart compliance.
• Performing MMU calibration and quality control compliance.
• Conducting basic fault finding and repairs.
• Handling explosives and assisting Shotfirers with shot preparation.
• Measuring holes.
• Stemming holes and operating ancillary equipment.
• Ensuring safe driving and TMP compliance.
• Using, handling, and storing raw materials and dangerous goods.
• Minimizing environmental damage through waste control.
• Reporting all unusual incidents and accidents.
• Participating in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings.
• Maintaining personal training against the Orica training matrix.
• Performing ancillary duties and assisting clients.
