A global lifestyle brand is hiring a MMM Data Scientist to accelerate the rollout of its first-ever Marketing Mix Modelling framework. The role sits within the Consumer Intelligence and Experience (CIX) team, which leads market research, segmentation, and consumer activation across all brands and channels. You'll help implement MMM in new markets, monitor performance, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain MMM and MTA models to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Analyse multi-channel datasets to identify ROI and performance drivers
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams on model inputs
  • Communicate insights through visualisations and strategic storytelling
  • Test and improve modelling approaches using new data and techniques
Requirements
  • Proven experience in econometric modelling and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and media planning
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
  • Experience with MMM tools (Robyn, PYMC, Meridian) and budget optimisers
  • Familiarity with dashboarding, causal inference, and incrementality testing
