MET Recruitment UK Ltd seeks an experienced Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to lead the AML/CTF function within a regulated gambling business. You will work with senior management to embed controls and ensure compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, POCA and Gambling Commission requirements.

You will own the AML framework, deliver training, produce board reports, and act as a key liaison with authorities, including the Gambling Commission.

Qualifications

• Proven AML/financial crime experience in gambling or regulated sector.
• Knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations 2017, POCA and Gambling Commission rules.
• AML qualification or willingness to work towards one.

Responsabilités

• Receive and assess internal suspicious activity reports and SAR submissions.
• Own and maintain AML/CTF risk assessment and related policies.
• Oversee customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
• Sign off on enhanced due diligence cases and suspension of relationships.
• Oversee sanctions and PEP/adverse media screening.
• Develop and deliver AML training for staff and managers.
