You will develop and architect features for ML compilation, work on kernel/user space drivers, and collaborate with hardware teams to optimize system partitioning. You’ll lead work-packages, mentor juniors, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment where your ideas shape the future of AI on accelerator designs.

Qualifications

• Development experience on cross-team projects with milestones and dependencies.
• Strong programming skills (C, C++, Python).
• Source control skills (Git, Gerrit, Repo)
• Worked and developed using methods like agile SW development, continuous integration and Test driven development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect ML compilation features and framework software.
• Lead larger work packages and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with ML hardware team for optimal system partitioning.
• Perform rigorous testing and performance evaluation.
