Job summary

AutoThink Group is building an industrial ML platform spanning pipelines, registries, feature stores, evaluation and deployment across every product. You’ll work with a talented team to turn ML from artisanal to scalable infrastructure.

In this role you’ll own Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD, optimize GPU workloads, and enforce security/compliance. You’ll ship a secure, multi-tenant inference layer and enable cost and latency observability for all model calls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform/infra/DevOps, ideally with an ML flavour.
• Strong Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD skills.
• Experience with GPU workloads and inference optimisation.
• Security and compliance mindset (SOC2, ISO 27001, UK GDPR).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build a shared ML/LLM platform used by every AutoThink product team.
• Enable CI/CD for models, prompts and evaluations.
• Implement cost and latency observability across model calls.
• Create secure, multi-tenant inference infrastructure.
