Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Machine Learning Lead to shape the ML strategy for our Workforce Management vertical. This role involves leading the design and delivery of production ML systems and coaching a team of Machine Learning Scientists. With a strong focus on customer outcomes, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to solve complex operational problems.

Competitive salary from £113,200 to £145,200 plus equity and benefits. We support relocation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Machine Learning practitioner (Senior IC, Tech Lead, Team Lead or ML manager).
• Strong foundations in ML, statistics, forecasting, optimisation or operations research.
• Experience building, shipping, or owning ML systems in production.
