Isomorphic Labs is seeking a senior Compute Infrastructure Engineer to scale and maintain our planet-scale AI/ML workloads. You will operate observability pipelines, monitor fleet health, and drive efficiency across accelerator clusters on GCP.

You will collaborate with ML researchers, platform teams, and product groups to improve canonical metrics, reliability, and throughput of training and inference runs.

Competenze

• Real world experience operating, monitoring, and debugging infrastructure for large-scale AI/ML workloads.
• Strong programming skills.
• Experience deploying in Kubernetes at scale.
• Cloud compute infra design, preferably GCP.
• Familiarity with Nvidia GPU generations.

Mansioni

• Design, operate, and maintain robust observability systems and telemetry pipelines for global AI workloads.
• Improve hardware efficiency and node reliability across accelerator fleets.
• Identify compute waste and bottlenecks; optimize utilization and throughput.
• Collaborate with AI, ML Infrastructure, and platform teams on metrics and tooling.
• Contribute to reliability improvements of ML training and inference runs.
• Manage, harden, and scale research, development, and production cloud infra and clusters.
