Job summary

Graphcore is seeking engineers for the Frameworks team to build the software that enables researchers and developers to exploit Graphcore hardware. You will work on integrating accelerators with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Triton, design and optimise core software, review code, and produce technical documentation.

The role emphasizes technical ownership and collaboration across teams. You will contribute to a fast-paced, open-source–minded environment, shaping usability and performance

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering ability with focus on quality and debt management.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ development.
• Experience with compiler development.
• Ability to drive complex tasks across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and technical leadership.
• Interest in AI/ML frameworks and high-performance computing.

Responsibilities

• Build framework support that enables AI developers to use Graphcore hardware.
• Collaborate on integrating Graphcore accelerators with ML frameworks like PyTorch, Triton.
• Design, implement, optimise and support critical software.
• Deliver new features, review code, and write technical documentation.
• Coordinate open-ended technical work across teams.
• Provide deep technical ownership and contribute across framework teams.
