Job summary

Larian Studios in Guildford is seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to help enhance our game engine and production pipelines. You will apply ML techniques to optimize game development and player experience across an international studio.

You will maintain ML systems, collaborate with developers, and educate teams on ML technologies. A strong Python background, English proficiency, and a passion for AI are essential. This is a full-time, on-site role to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering
• Proficient in Python
• Degree in a technical field such as Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• Good written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Explore opportunities for the application of ML techniques to optimize and improve our game engine, game creation pipelines, and player experience
• Maintain and improve the current ML systems that are critical to our development pipelines
• Educate all developers across the global studio in the domain and application of ML and associated technologies
• Generate, gather and build a knowledge base of research and expertise in ML
