Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience writing business strategy documents and plans.
• Ability to read and analyze complex business documents.
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.
• Experience researching and synthesizing information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and protect customer privacy.
• Handle diverse data types including text, speech, image, and video.
• Produce high-quality labelled data following guidelines and KPIs.
• Serve as SME for ML data workflows and data annotation.
• Make logical decisions with ambiguous information.
• Ensure attention to detail across tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
• Support daily operations like AHT, quality, and turnaround time.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and improve labeling quality.
• Identify process issues in SOP and tools and propose changes.
• Provide floor support and clarify internal queries.
