We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Mixologist to join our Hospitality Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that customers consistently receive the highest quality of service. The position involves overseeing the operations of the bar and ensuring that all staff perform their duties to the best of their ability. A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service is essential, along with maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety. The role also requires ensuring efficiency and consistency in all areas of work, as well as enforcing strict stock and financial controls to support smooth and effective operations.

As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. We are looking for someone with expertise in crafting amazing cocktails and having a flair for creativity. Our guests don't just come along to watch the Football, they come for events and for celebrations along with having the best hospitality experience. We are looking for an individual who will bring their expertise in cocktail making, provide impeccable customer service, share our values and help create those great experiences for our guests.

Main Responsibilities
  • Creation of new cocktails and keeping up to date with industry trends whilst adhering to the weights and measures act and the licensing objectives
  • Experience in developing menus and offerings is preferred
  • Ensure all venues open on time and that they are ready for business
  • Ensure excellent front of house service
  • Ensuring presentation of cocktails are in line with company standards
  • Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venues, and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift
  • Pre‑empt and actively responding to problems that arise and keeping management up to date
  • Assist in cash handling procedures as required for example PDQ and contactless payments
  • Assist in the training of bar staff
  • Complete required cleaning tasks in accordance with the Bar's daily and weekly tasks sheet
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock
About The Candidate
  • Have proven experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Proven experience of working as a Mixologist within a busy bar or hospitality venue
  • Excellent knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits along with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Understand health and safety and licensing objectives
  • Be available to work on matchdays and events (weekends, evenings and bank holidays)
  • Be professional, friendly and positive, with excellent customer service skills along with the ability to remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
  • Be effective at managing time and working to deadlines
  • Demonstrate good standards of personal presentation
  • Be enthusiastic team player
  • Be aged 18+ and be eligible to work in the UK

This role is a casual role covering match days and events and will be based at the Riverside Stadium.
