The Role

As a Tax Semi-Senior, you'll support the tax team in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services to a varied client portfolio. This is a great opportunity to develop your tax career in a dynamic, people-first firm that encourages professional development and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review tax returns for a portfolio of clients

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal standards

Support senior team members in delivering work efficiently and on time

Communicate professionally with clients and manage expectations

Help identify process improvements and efficiencies

Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service

Maintain up-to-date tax knowledge through CPD and training

Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate

What We're Looking For

ATT qualified, part-qualified, or working toward qualification (preferred)

2–3 years of tax experience, ideally in a practice environment

Experience preparing tax returns and working with client portfolios

Strong organisational and time management skills

Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and tax software

Team player with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

25 days annual leave + bank holidays
