Responsibilities

• Engaging directly with customers to understand requirements and shape UC solutions
• Designing and presenting Mitel / Unify Openscape architectures and migration roadmaps
• Advising customers on cloud telephony transformations into Zoom and Genesys
• Partnering with sales teams throughout the bid/tender lifecycle
• Delivering solution workshops, demonstrations, and high-level designs (HLDs)
• Acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers – particularly in the public sector
• Providing technical oversight during transition from pre-sales to delivery

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Mitel solutions (certifications highly desirable)
• Familiarity with Unify Openscape environments
• Experience designing UC architectures and migration paths for enterprise customers
• Strong customer-facing skills – capable of running workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholders at all levels
• Enthusiasm to cross-train into Zoom and Genesys cloud telephony
• SC Clearance is highly desirable (or ability to gain it)
