Job summary

Premier Christian Media is seeking a Podcast Producer to manage day-to-day production from planning to publication at the Premier Christian Media Centre. You will record, edit and publish high-quality episodes, ensuring they are editorially strong, technically excellent and consistently delivered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing podcasts, radio programmes or comparable audio content.
• Hands-on experience recording and editing audio with professional software.
• Experience publishing content through podcast hosting or CMS platforms.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multiple productions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Production and Editorial Delivery – Plan, record, edit and publish high-quality podcast episodes with clear production schedules and editorial standards.
• Presenter and Guest Management – Work with presenters and guests to shape engaging episodes and manage logistics.
• Distribution and Content Optimisation – Publish and optimise podcast content across platforms with accurate show notes and assets.
• Audience Growth and Performance – Use audience data to improve reach, retention and engagement and support launches.
• Collaboration and Development – Work with Digital Content Leads and other teams to maximise value and develop new shows.
