A leading defence organisation in Stevenage is offering an undergraduate placement as a Missile Test Architect starting September 2026. This role involves supporting missile testing, providing insights into design and operational effectiveness within an engineering context. Missile Test Architect - Undergraduate Placement 2026

We need individuals who can help us ensure our systems are rigorously tested, working on projects at any stage of the lifecycle utilising the right approach. Salary: £23,495
Dynamic (Hybrid) Working: 3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

Our Test Architects collaborate with a wide range of technical functions to provide direct input towards project delivery across the business. Drawing on a wealth of internal knowledge, they drive a coherent top‑level design of our systems bringing together insights from across the company.
