Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale database systems.
• Experience leading end-to-end software implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Thorough understanding of GDPR and statutory school compliance.
• Knowledge of SQL or Power BI would be advantageous.
• Discreet, adaptable and solution-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across the school.

Responsibilities

• Manage student and staff data, ensuring it is secure, accurate, and used effectively.
• Support essential operations such as parents evening bookings, timetable imports, and data reporting.
• Lead the complete migration and transition to a new MIS platform.
• Manage the project from initial data preparation through to staff training and rollout.
• Maintain daily school operations during the transition.
