Job description
Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of minor works projects, including groundworks, civils, drainage, and tarmacking
  • Painting, decorating, plastering, and carpentry
  • Bricklaying, fencing, plumbing, and roof repairs
  • Secure and quote for extra contract work, ensuring profitability and cost‑effectiveness
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and client expectations
  • Scope, quote, and deliver additional contract works—ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Build strong client relationships, identify future opportunities, and play a key role in the delivery of high‑quality building and repair works.
Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of general construction principles
  • Proven experience across multiple trades (plastering, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying)
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Recognised NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade discipline (desirable)

Working Pattern
