Job summary

St Swithun's School in Winchester is seeking a minibus driver to support daily pupil transport along a planned route at the start and finish of each day. You will join a small driving team reporting to the Estates Manager and Transport Co-Ordinator, carry out basic vehicle safety checks, and help present a welcoming, polished image of the school fleet.

Experience with school transport is beneficial; training will be provided, and a friendly, reliable approach is essential to keeping pupils safe

Job description

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in daily school life by safely transporting our pupils to and from school along a planned route at the start and end of each day.

Reporting to the Estates Manager, with day-to-day oversight from the Transport Co-Ordinator. You will work as part of a team of minibus drivers responsible for driving the school minibus fleet , carrying out simple daily safety checks, and helping to ensure each vehicle gives a welcoming and polished impression of the school.
