MINI Service Manager - Long Hanborough MINI (North Oxford Garage)

Salary: £55,000 OTE (£40,000 basic + £15,000 bonus)

Location: Long Hanborough, Oxfordshire

We're now looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our Long Hanborough MINI Service Department and help us continue setting the standard for excellence in the MINI network.

About The Role

As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy Service Department – ensuring our customers receive first‑class care from booking through to vehicle collection. You'll lead and motivate a talented team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop staff to deliver exceptional performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the Service Department to achieve financial and operational targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our mission of outstanding automotive service.
  • Develop and support your team to achieve success through clear leadership, communication, and coaching.
  • Monitor departmental performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and company standards at all times.
About You

You'll be an experienced Service Manager or an ambitious Assistant Service Manager ready to take the next step. You'll combine strong leadership with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in automotive service management (preferably within a prestige or volume brand).
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding departmental targets.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills.
  • A proactive, hands‑on approach and the ability to inspire your team.
