Sytner Group are recruiting for a Permanent Sales Executive on a role offering a basic salary of £20,000 with the potential to earn a generous commission. You will be the main contact for customers throughout the car-buying journey, delivering first-class service and supporting their needs at every step.

The role includes weekends, an OTE of £45,000, a company car, and access to subsidised manufacturer car purchase schemes for your family, plus additional discounts and benefits.

Formación

• Customer service experience within a retail environment is a minimum requirement.
• You will communicate with customers to understand their needs during the car buying journey.
• A full UK driving licence will be of benefit.

Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

About the role

Sytner Harold Wood have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £45,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement for this role.
