What you’ll do:

• Guide customers through their MINI journey - from initial contact to vehicle handover.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Stay up to date with MINI models, features, and finance options.
• Represent the North Oxford Garage and MINI brands with professionalism and pride.

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction.
• Sales experience (automotive preferred but not essential).
• A proactive, motivated approach to achieving results.
• A full UK driving licence.
