Job summary

911 Staffing Ltd in Swindon is recruiting for an LGV Class 1 Milk Tanker Driver to collect milk directly from farms and deliver to customers.

This role offers full training with no prior milk tanker experience required, and you will perform vehicle checks, operate tanker equipment, and maintain accurate paperwork.

You must hold a valid LGV Class 1/C+E licence, have at least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience, and be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV Class 1 / Category C+E licence.
• Have at least 1 year of recent Class 1 driving experience on your licence.
• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.

Responsibilities

• Collecting milk from farms using a modern milk tanker.
• Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks before and after shifts.
• Safely connecting hoses and operating tanker equipment.
• Completing collection paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring milk is collected and transported in accordance with company procedures and food safety standards.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to farmers and customers.
• Working independently while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
