We're currently seeking an experienced Military Paralegal to join a leading national team that provides specialist support to serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans, and their families.

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful work supporting those who have served. You'll play an integral part in a highly respected team, assisting solicitors with complex, sensitive cases involving military claims, personal injury, and public law matters.

You'll be joining a team with a strong reputation for delivering justice and achieving life-changing outcomes for clients impacted by military service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting solicitors with the management of military and related personal injury claims.
  • Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence and disclosure materials.
  • Liaising directly with clients, experts, and counsel to progress cases efficiently.
  • Managing case files from instruction to settlement under supervision.
  • Ensuring all case management systems are updated and compliant with procedural and data protection requirements.
About You
  • Previous experience working as a Paralegal within personal injury, military, or public law.
  • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures, ideally with experience handling Ministry of Defence or Armed Forces-related claims.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to support clients sensitively in complex circumstances.
  • A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Desirable
  • Experience in Military Injury, NIHL, PTSD, or non-freezing cold injury claims.
  • A genuine interest in supporting members of the Armed Forces community.
