Job summary

A well-established engineering & manufacturing business in Haydock is seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder. In this role, you will manufacture a variety of steel products, including doors, using both thin and heavy gauge mild steel. Responsibilities include MIG welding, fabricating from engineering drawings, and maintaining high-quality standards. Applicants should have proven MIG welding abilities and experience working with steel components. This temp to perm position offers competitive pay up to £15.78 per hour.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to MIG weld.
• Experience working from engineering drawings to fabricate steel components.
• Skilled in working with thin gauge sheet metal and heavy gauge steel.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture various steel products including steel doors using both thin and heavy gauge mild steel.
• Support other departments as needed based on production demands.
