Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking an UK NMC Registered Midwife to join the maternity assessment unit in Tayside. You will work with midwifery, obstetric and broader health care teams to deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care to women and families.

This post is 33.12 hours per week, fixed term/secondment for 23 months. Salary pro rata to NHS Tayside scales. Interviews on 28 September 2026.

Qualifications

• UK NMC registered midwife; current registration in the UK required.
• Experience in maternity care or maternity assessment settings preferred.
• Commitment to safe, person-centred care with evidence-based practice.
