Job summary

Hunter Dunning in London seeks a Midweight Interior Designer to deliver high-end hospitality and residential projects for international markets. You will develop concepts, create compelling client presentations and produce detailed technical drawing packages while coordinating FF&E schedules and specifications.

Role involves sourcing materials and fittings, supporting ceiling plans and lighting layouts, and collaborating with consultants, suppliers and internal teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• At least four years of interior design experience.

• Strong FF&E coordination and specification experience.

Job description

A Midweight Interior Designer is required to join a London interior design practice delivering high-end hospitality and residential projects across international markets. Suited to a designer with at least four years of relevant experience, the role combines concept development, technical detailing, FF&E coordination, presentations and project documentation while supporting senior designers through design, technical and installation stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop concepts alongside senior designers
• Produce clear client presentations
• Prepare detailed technical drawing packages
• Coordinate FF&E schedules and specifications
• Source materials, finishes and fittings

You will also support reflected ceiling plans, lighting layouts and coordinated project documentation while working with consultants, suppliers and internal teams.

Skills & Experience Required

• At least four years' relevant interior design experience
• Hospitality or residential project experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong FF&E coordination and specification experience
• Good understanding of building regulations

You should be confident managing deadlines, producing accurate technical information and communicating design ideas clearly within a collaborative studio environment.
