You will have proven experience working across digital, social and print channels, including marketing/PR collaterals, retail assets, web and email design, social video editing, motion graphics and packaging design. You’re not afraid to share and pitch new ideas or collaborate cross‑functionally, and you’ve previously worked in the fashion retail and/or e-commerce industry. As a Midweight Integrated Graphic Designer for White Stuff, your main responsibility is the creation and delivery of a range of cross‑platform digital and print materials adhering to the White Stuff brand guidelines, driving the brand forward. You are an all‑rounder, with skills in print and digital design, a good knowledge of video and motion graphics, and able to seamlessly execute creative concepts across multiple channels. You are confident in your understanding and experience from initial concepts through to execution for both print and digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Following direction from the Senior Graphic Designer and working collaboratively with the multichannel design team to align seasonal campaigns across all channels, including print, digital and social execution.
  • Delivering high‑standard print collateral, including in‑store POS, look book, packaging, PR event assets, etc.
  • Design and artwork assets for different channels, ranging from social and digital creative to retail assets, as well as packaging design from time to time.
  • Amplifying the brand’s tone of voice through creative and engaging email and editorial webpage design.
  • Supporting the multichannel design team and working on any ad‑hoc print and digital briefs.
  • Producing presentation material for reviews.
  • Coming up with creative solutions, articulating and presenting ideas to the wider team.
  • Creating a range of cross‑platform digital and print materials adhering to the White Stuff brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • 3‑5 years relevant industry experience, ideally within a fashion retail in‑house studio or an agency with a similar client portfolio.
  • Knowledge of both print and digital design, including print and packaging artwork, CRM, webpage and email design.
  • An eye for image and adequate video editing and motion graphic skills, a sense of three‑dimensional thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong self‑initiatives.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and proven experience with Figma.
  • Great understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent execution of your work.
  • Experience in artworking and preparing files for delivery to printers and digital channels.
  • Bonus point for illustration skills.
  • Experience of working with different key stakeholders including marketing, digital, social teams and external suppliers.
  • Creative and conceptual thinking.
  • Engagement with emerging trends and culture, and with the wider creative community.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • An exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative design concepts and highly considered visual executions.
