A health-focused charity in Guildford is seeking a midweight designer to lead creative projects and develop marketing materials. You will collaborate with various teams and ensure the charity’s brand is consistently represented. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, strong portfolios, and a knack for innovative, user-focused designs. This role offers a blend of office and home working, with a salary benchmarked at around £40,050.
The Brain Tumour Charity is leading the way in research, support, and advocacy for everyone affected by brain tumours. Our mission is simple but urgent: to accelerate a cure for brain tumours and improve life for everyone affected by this devastating disease. Are you a talented midweight designer with a background in digital design looking to take your skills to the next level while making a meaningful impact? You’ll be a vital part of our Marketing team, reporting to the Content and Design Manager. You’ll take on a wide range of exciting projects from creating booklets, developing sub-brands, toolkits and helping with our key seasonal campaigns.
You’ll bring your creative flair to creative sessions, pushing the boundaries with fresh ideas that align with our cause. With your keen attention to detail, deep understanding of the entire creative process and high standards, you’ll ensure that The Charity’s brand is consistently represented across all materials, both internally and externally. Location: While contracted to our office in Fleet, Hampshire, our team supports a blend of office and home working provided you have adequate broadband and IT capability, with an average of 2-3 days in the office each week.
Working hours: This role is 37.5 hours per week, with some out of hours working.
Benchmarked salary: c. £40,050 (dependent on level)

You embrace the chance to think creatively and strategically, showcasing your expertise and laser sharp attention to detail as you grow and take on more responsibility as a designer. Your approach is user-focused and adaptable. You excel at time management, organisation and creative problem solving and have strong layout and technical skills.
