A creative agency in Barnsley is seeking a Middleweight Graphic Designer to contribute to client-led projects and internal marketing initiatives. The role involves design across print and digital mediums, managing projects from concept to delivery, and collaborating with a dedicated team. As Middleweight Graphic Designer, you’ll work on a mix of client‑led projects and internal marketing initiatives. Working on campaigns for retail, charity, health, and education clients, you’ll design across a wide range of media including print, direct mail, branding, websites, email campaigns and social assets.
You’ll take projects from brief through to final delivery, working closely with the Client Services Team and Creative Lead. You’ll be responsible for concept development, client communication and feedback, and execution.
Working within a small but growing design team, you’ll work alongside developers and project managers to ensure work is on‑brand and meets the brief. You’ll manage your own workload, maintaining high attention to detail and creative consistency throughout.
You’ll also contribute to the agency’s brand and creative strategy, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
