Job summary

Havas Play in London is seeking a Midweight Designer to join our Creative & Studio team. This role is about elevating briefs beyond the box, developing campaigns that move people and stand out in the market.

You’ll collaborate with CDs, Senior Designers and strategists to deliver pixel-perfect concepts using Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, with an eye for typography and layout. A 3–7 year background in a creative agency is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• Portfolio demonstrates versatility and award-winning design.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• References in gaming or sports are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.
• Self-starter with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Work with CDs and Senior Designers to ensure creatively excellent output.
• Ensure design concepts are well thought through and inspiring; pixel perfect.
• Present work to senior team members and iterate to finished product.
• Proficient use of Photoshop and/or AI to mock up concepts for wider team.
