Job summary

Zilch is seeking a Midweight Creative Artworker to join our growing creative team and bring the brand to life across campaigns, assets and touchpoints.

You'll translate designs into polished assets for paid social and CRM, versioning across formats, while ensuring on-brand, compliant output.

Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketers, manage multiple briefs at pace, and help maintain templates and production workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience creating assets for digital channels, including paid social and CRM.
• Strong portfolio showing pixel-perfect precision across digital work.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Able to work at pace with multiple deadlines in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Version approved campaign creative across static and motion formats for paid social.
• Produce on-brand marketing assets using established templates.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketers to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the Creative team with artwork across campaigns, CRM and briefs.
• Prepare artwork for multiple formats and platform specs.
• Ensure assets are accurate and compliant in a regulated environment.
• Maintain template libraries and production workflows; seek improvements.
• Manage multiple briefs while upholding quality and consistency.
• Champion the Zilch brand across every asset.
