Reporting into the ACD, this role is a midweight position within the team - as such, you will be expected to support, champion and embody the values of the agency, while also having the space to grow and develop your skillsets. You will lead on smaller briefs, develop messaging frameworks, and refine campaign ideas. Priority is social‑first content ideation to scope, KPIs and budget. You are here to create the best work of your career and support others in doing so. As a Creative, you are here to come up with best‑in‑class creative solutions, champion craft and help the work find its feet, come to life and reach its full potential. You are the gatekeeper of great work, fiercely protected and evangelised with the team and wider agency, always putting it first – protecting, nurturing and supporting great ideas. You must have a deep understanding of all your projects, ensuring Senior Creatives/ACDs are kept in the loop and up to speed at all times. You are responsible for managing your workload, liaising with Resource and more senior members of the team to manage the flow of work, maintaining the high Creative standards we have set out and ensuring deadlines are met. It is your responsibility to identify and raise issues with the work, escalating to the Creative Lead on the project as soon as possible.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Social‑first content ideation – both pre‑planned and reactive ideation
  • Clearly brief team members to execute production of your ideas, producing your own work where feasible (e.g. Creator‑style video content)
  • Mentor Junior Creative(s) and support their personal development
  • Have your finger on the pulse of trends and the social space, and translate these into client opportunities
  • Spot reactive social media opportunities and create the ensuing content
  • Deliver your own projects, keeping Senior Creatives informed and up to date
  • Copywriting
  • Work with ACDs and the Resource team to ensure workloads are managed and deadlines met
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years working in Social marketing, Social PR or equivalent (including experience as a Senior Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager or similar)
  • Proven experience within Social Campaign and Content projects
  • A portfolio of consistent, social‑first work
  • Presentation skills are required
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Proven craft skills are required
  • Basic deck design skills are essential (design skills desirable)
  • Basic video filming/editing skills
  • Proven passion for social
  • Vision to grow and develop
  • Determination to “get it done”
  • Ambition to create generation‑defining work
