Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager in Birmingham to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational standards, budgets, and occupier relationships. You must hold an IOSH certification and possess strong organizational skills. This role requires a full driving license and offers a structured working schedule.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in preparing Service Charge budgets and managing expenditure across several sites.
  • Attendance at internal training courses is compulsory, as is the self–identification of training needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a compliance rating of 95%.
  • Develop a close working relationship with occupiers and manage service satisfaction.

Skills

IOSH and/or NEBOSH
Excellent organisation and time management
Self–motivated and excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Full, clean driving license
IOSH (NEBOSH desirable)

IT literate
