As our Escape Rooms Operational Support Manager, you'll be the driving force behind sales growth, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with site teams to ensure every game runs smoothly, customers leave with a smile, and our Escape Rooms stand out from the competition. You'll coach and develop teams, making sure they have the tools, training, and motivation to deliver our high standards. From spotting opportunities for improvement to celebrating wins, you'll keep performance on track and morale high. You'll also oversee marketing initiatives— from national campaigns to local promotions— ensuring they're creative, relevant, and effective. By keeping an eye on performance data, you'll know exactly where to focus your efforts to maximise impact.
