Qualifications

• Relevant professional qualification in treasury or accountancy, either completed or near completion.
• Experience in financial services, treasury, accounting, investment operations or a comparable analytical environment.
• Highly numerate with strong Excel skills and data accuracy checks.
• Proactive self-starter with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator and collaborative team player.
• Ability to investigate issues and propose practical solutions rather than relying on detailed instruction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client cash balances across multiple partner banks and currencies, escalating or investigating exceptions as appropriate.
• Reconcile client positions and cash between systems and sub-custodians.
• Support monthly reporting and finance processes, taking ownership of assigned controls and deliverables.
• Perform custody fee checks, investigate interest queries and support client revenue reporting.
• Maintain procedures and process notes for core Middle Office functions and support audit readiness.
• Provide analytical and operational support to wider initiatives, including system and platform change.
