Ark Little Ridge seeks a caring Midday Supervisory Assistant for a part-time permanent role, to ensure safe, happy lunchtimes for pupils. You will supervise play, support children during lunch and help create a positive, inclusive lunchtime environment across indoor and outdoor spaces.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience with children and a proactive approach to safeguarding and welfare during school lunchtimes.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Midday Supervisory Assistant on a part-time permanent basis. This role will involve taking responsibility for ensuring safe, happy lunchtimes for the pupils at Ark Little Ridge by engaging in play activities with and taking care of the children during the lunch time period in all areas inside and outside of the school.

We are a two-form entry school, with 60 pupils in each year group, ranging from reception through to year 6.
