Job summary

Arden Grove Infant and Nursery School, part of The Wensum Trust, seeks a dedicated Midday Supervisor to join our vibrant staff in Hellesdon. You will help deliver our learning-for-all vision by supervising pupils at lunch and supporting a caring, nurturing environment aligned with our emotional coaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent midday supervision: supervise pupils during lunch hour (12:00–13:00) and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Support the school ethos of a relational approach with children, families and communities.
• Be part of a wider staff team within The Wensum Trust and Arden Grove Infant and Nursery School to promote wellbeing and positive behaviours.

We are looking for a Midday Supervisor who demonstrates:
