Overview

Reeson Education is recruiting reliable and proactive Midday Meals Supervisors to work on a flexible, bank staff basis across friendly primary schools in Chingford. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Midday Meals Supervisor or someone confident working with children who is looking for part-time work during the middle of the day.

As a Midday Meals Supervisor, you will help ensure that lunchtimes run smoothly and safely, supporting pupils between 12:00pm and 1:30pm. You will be working across multiple schools in the Chingford area, choosing the days that suit your schedule.

Role Details

• Hourly Rate: 13.69 - 15.87 (PAYE)
• Hours: 12:00pm - 1:30pm (most days; may vary slightly by school)
• Working Pattern: Flexible bank staff; choose your days
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Primary schools in and around Chingford

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall, playground, and indoor areas
• Encourage positive behaviour and ensure a safe, enjoyable lunchtime
• Support children with minor needs and help resolve small disputes calmly
• Monitor play areas and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
• Work alongside school staff to maintain a calm and structured environment
