Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking an experienced Midday Meal Supervisor to support a Secondary SEN school in Lewisham, starting ASAP. The role runs Monday to Friday from 11:45am to 2:00pm, with 1:1 support and supervision during lunchtimes.

You will work closely with teachers to implement learning plans and help develop social and emotional skills, promoting independence for students with SEN. DBS check is required and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with SEN.
• Patient and adaptable approach to challenging situations.
• Secure communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enhanced DBS Check.

Responsibilities

• Work in harmony with teachers to install learning plans.
• Develop the social and emotional to promote independence in students.
• Assess the students' progress and report to the teachers and parents.
• Dedicated support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
