Anthropologie Europe is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to support digital and print brand work. You will execute and refine visual identity under guidance from the Design Manager, collaborating with the wider Creative team on campaigns and assets across regions.

The role requires hands-on experience, a strong portfolio in digital design, and proficiency in Adobe CC plus Figma. You will help with translations, emails, social content, and seasonal site assets.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing digital design capability.
• Proven ability to design for digital and print across campaigns.
• Excellent typographic skills and adaptability to styles.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate multiple concepts and receive feedback.
• Experience presenting work in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of the brand's visual identity for digital and print.
• Work with the Design Manager and Creative team on campaigns.
• Create multiple design solutions and present to teams.
• Manage deadlines and priorities across projects.
• Support PR and Marketing with campaign files.
• Collaborate with CRM and US/global teams for assets.
• Prepare files for print and liaise with printers.
