A leading spirits subscription service in the UK is seeking a Mid-weight Graphic Designer to take ownership of various design projects and help shape the brand's identity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in print, packaging, and digital design, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud tools. This role offers a hybrid working model, generous benefits, and opportunities for career progression.
We’re Craft Gin Club - the UK’s biggest spirits subscription service.
For almost a decade, we’ve been redefining how people discover and enjoy new drinks from the comfort of their homes. From our successful Dragon’s Den debut to launching our new rum subscription and seeing our products land on some of the UK High Street’s most prestigious shelves, it’s been quite the journey so far.
And we’re just getting started. With new spirits on the horizon, new channels to explore and new markets to enter, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a talented Mid-weight Graphic Designer to join us for the next exciting chapter.
With the roll‑out of a brand‑new identity around the corner, this is a rare opportunity to make a real impact and help define how Craft Gin Club shows up across every touchpoint, from packaging and print to digital and photoshoots.
This role reports into our Chief Brand Officer, and sits within the Brand team, a part of the wider Sales & Marketing function alongside our Acquisition, Website, Customer Marketing and Commerce teams.
The Brand team is responsible for driving our brand metrics up and producing all collateral across our business, including advertising, on‑site visual assets, photography, and our monthly print magazines and drinks guides.
You’ll collaborate closely with our editorial team and across the other Sales & Marketing teams, as well as with other teams across the business, including our Commercial and Product Development teams. You will also oversee our use of external artworkers, and partner with agencies when required.
This role is ideal for a mid‑weight designer ready to take ownership of projects while still growing and developing their craft.
We’re looking for a creative, detail‑driven designer with experience across print, packaging, digital, and an eye for beautiful, effective brand storytelling. This is a hands‑on role working across a wide variety of projects, while also managing additional freelance or agency designers as needed.
Your work will play a key role in driving brand love, customer acquisition and retention, shaping everything from the look and feel of our subscription boxes to campaign visuals, photography, and digital assets.
