Propel is working with a market-leading organisation that’s building a new product set to transform how businesses run their campaigns. Backed by a major UK media org but operating with the pace and autonomy of a startup, this team is creating something bold, new, and impactful - and design is central to how that story is told.
They’re now looking for a Mid-Weight Designer who can help shape how this emerging product shows up across every touchpoint. Someone who’s excited by variety, comfortable in product-adjacent environments, and ready to bring creative direction as well as hands‑on craft.
📍 Location: central London‑based | Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
💰 Salary: ~£50,000
