Overview

Mid-Weight Designer — Location: Ongar, Essex; Job Type: Permanent, Full-time; Working Hours: Monday – Friday.

Noble Recruiting is working with a highly respected, multidisciplinary design practice in Ongar with an impressive portfolio of work across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Mid-Weight Designer to join their creative team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer ready to take the next step in their career — with full project ownership, client exposure, and long-term development potential. Key Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from concept through to final execution
• Develop creative ideas and produce visual concepts
• Create and develop brand identity and associated materials
• Prepare mood boards and presentations for internal and client use
• Carry out site visits as required
• Work closely with clients and suppliers to build strong working relationships
• Take a hands-on approach to driving project designs forward

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a design role, ideally within hospitality design
• Open to candidates from other creative or interior design backgrounds
• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
• Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with clients
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment
