Movado Group is seeking a Mid-Weight Designer to join Olivia Burton’s creative team in London. This versatile role covers graphics, campaigns, digital content, retail and brand identity, with scope to broaden into concepting and art direction.

You will collaborate across teams, respond to feedback, and manage multiple projects while staying focused on brand consistency and commercial impact.

Competenze

• Strong portfolio across fashion/brand touchpoints.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience designing for digital and print environments.
• Ability to evolve brand identity while introducing fresh concepts.
• Awareness of current design trends and tools.

• Create elevated design work and evolve the Olivia Burton visual identity.
• Design for campaigns, digital content, retail, and presentations.
• Support brand guidelines, toolkits, lookbooks and assets across markets.
• Develop concepts, mood boards and visual ideas for launches.
• Translate concepts into cohesive executions across channels.
• Create social-first content using graphics, video, and motion.
• Assist with still-life/model shoots and art direction as needed.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product Development and Digital teams.
• Research trends and bring fresh inspiration to the team.
• Prepare mood boards, concepts and presentations; communicate thinking clearly.
• Balance creativity with commercial needs to drive engagement.
• Manage multiple projects with clear timelines and updates.
• Be proactive in exploring new disciplines and supporting the team.
