As a Mid-Market Team Manager, you’ll lead a team of underwriters to deliver business objectives and grow a profitable portfolio. Your focus will be on managing people, driving team development, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and professional standards.
You’ll create an environment where your team can thrive, implementing best practices to optimise performance and supporting change effectively. You’ll also work closely with other leaders to share insights and collaborate on initiatives that improve overall branch performance. Building strong relationships with brokers and account managers will be part of your role, ensuring excellent service and support.
