A respected telecommunications company located in Salford is seeking a Mid Market Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead and develop a sales team to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and experience managing a team. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, coaching the team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This position offers a competitive salary between £50,000 and £56,000, plus commission, with a hybrid work model.

Reporting into the Senior Sales Manager, the Mid Market Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and developing the sales team, setting and executing sales strategies, and ensuring that targets are met.
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you outstanding communications skills and have had previous experience of managing a Sales/Account Manager team.
