Salary: Up to £45,000 basic | £60,000 OTE (including RSUs)

We're searching for a German-speaking Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join their London team. You'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients, helping them expand their international eCommerce operations, increase revenue, and create exceptional customer experiences.
This role suits someone commercially minded, data-driven, and fluent in German ideally with experience in SaaS, tech, or logistics solutions. You'll combine account management, client strategy, and performance insight to drive retention and growth.
