Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Professional Indemnity and commercial insurance.
• Familiarity with policies ranging from £2,000 to £500,000 GWP.
• Sound understanding of commercial product lines and insurer placement.
• Experience using Acturis at an intermediate level or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day servicing of an established commercial book.
• Negotiate and secure renewals with clients and insurers.
• Handle MTAs, quotes, and queries promptly.
• Support Account Executives with all client servicing activities.
• Ensure FCA compliance and accuracy in documentation.
