Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK offers a School Leaver Apprenticeship in Audit designed to develop you from day one through hands-on client work and structured study. You’ll gain practical experience while pursuing a professional ACA qualification, with strong learning support and dedicated study leave.

You’ll join the Mid-Market Audit team, working with privately owned businesses across industries, expanding your technical and client-facing skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Achieved or predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels/Equivalents.
• Interest in technology, data analytics and AI in audit.

Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements by testing financial information and reviewing evidence.
• Analyse financial data to understand how businesses operate and identify risks.
• Use audit technology and data analytics to interpret large data sets and improve audit quality.
• Research accounting and auditing standards and apply them to client situations.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues, gathering information and contributing to meetings and reports.
• Develop technical expertise and manage workload as you gain responsibility.
