Normative is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive for our team in London. At Normative, we're on a mission to accelerate the transition to a net‑zero world. We provide science‑based carbon accounting software and tailored advice from net‑zero experts, empowering companies to reduce their carbon footprints.

Our Sales team is growing and we’re looking for passionate and driven Account Executives to join our growing team in the London office and make a real impact on the fight against climate change. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in helping companies achieve their Net Zero goals and contribute to a sustainable future.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and play a crucial role in helping them achieve their sustainability goals. You will partner to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals that drive our company's growth. As a trusted advisor, you will be a key resource, providing guidance and education on their NetZero journey.

What you will do
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and drive deals to completion.
  • Work toward ambitious targets, manage your pipeline effectively, and close deals that contribute to our growth.
  • Collaborate & communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and potential customers to ensure a smooth and successful sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in sustainability.
What you bring
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or a similar role in the B2B sales environment, preferably in SaaS companies.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You embrace change, learn quickly, and think on your feet as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or native Swedish or Danish.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, including MEDDIC.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Tech‑savviness – comfortable with technology and can quickly learn new software and tools.
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the world.

Location

Normative has offices in Stockholm, London and Copenhagen. For this role you will be located in our office in London Bridge 4 days a week. At this time we are not able to offer relocation or VISA support for this position.
